Here's Lizzie Borden's version of meatloaf:
1 pound ground steak
1/2 pound ground pork steak
1 egg
1 small onion
3 soda crackers
Salt
Pepper
Herbs and seasonings to taste.
Grease tin, cover loaf well with hot water and bake about one hour.
