The party was over. Yet some were still trying valiantly.
"No Closing," exclaimed a cherry red billboard on the side of the two-lane highway as I steered my rental car away from Ibiza's lone airport. "The Party Goes On."
But, no, it didn't. Not really. And that's why I was visiting Europe's dance-party...
