Traveler learns there are no 'pet-friendly' rooms at the inn

Q: I'm trying to resolve an error made by an Expedia booking agent with whom I spoke on the phone. I recently called Expedia to book two rooms at a Best Western in Cody, Wyo. I would book the rooms only if they allowed pets.
